First time visiting this venue. Had seats 2nd floor gallery near center. First impression was I didn't like the acoustics. But once the band was playing, the acoustics proved to be excellent. It's a bit smaller venue than some other in town which I thought made it better. During the show there were a couple of engineering/ sound issues which upset the performers. All in all would go there again.

Such a hip place to be. Amazing venue to see your favorite performer; top shelf ambiance. Not a bad seat; you’re close to the stage everywhere. This was the perfect place to see the Smashing Pumpkins in 2023; 100x better than a big stadium or arena. With the very high prices for beverages, I just can’t give it 5 🌟. But kudos to everything else.

It was a so so theater, drink area was tiny, the restrooms were dirty, the employees very ignorant of how to give directions to hotel locations. It was not a good experience. Would not go again. Fluffy was not his best. Seemed very down on life. Maybe a bad day for him.

Our experience was great. Free self parking under cosmopolitan with elevators up to the hotel/casino. The Chelsea is up the escalators on the 3rd floor. The floor has regular chairs that are sometimes removed for standing room only. We really liked the venue and sound quality.

Large but intimate venue with AMAZING acoustics. The floor area actually bounces up and down with the audience so if that makes you freak out, you should get a seat instead. If that sounds fun to you, it is... The bouncing of the floor is a unique aspect, but I would love to see something about it on their website so people aren't so nervous when it starts going down.
